Reductive amination is one of the most important methods for the synthesis of chiral amines. The paper from ROBOX partner UNIMAN “A reductive aminase from Aspergillus oryzae” is attracting attention. This enzyme can be applied to ROBOX alcohol and ketone products to create cascade reactions of interest for industry.
