TU Graz

The institute of Molecular Biotechnology is the responsible organization unit at Graz University of Technology to perform ROBOX work planned by TUG. The institute is headed by Prof. Christoph Sensen and the working group of Prof. Glieder will contribute to ROBOX. TUG has acted as a centre for biocatalysis in Europe for more than 20 years and contributed to many major production processes used in industry for the production of agro chemicals, pharmaceutical ingredients and other chemicals made by biocatalysis and biotransformations. TUG will closely collaborate with ACIB, DSM and RWTH Aachen to evaluate and scale up new P450 biotransformations and the respective lab scale DSP.

“The research for this work has received funding from the European Union (EU) project ROBOX (grant agreement n° 635734) under EU’s Horizon 2020 Programme  Research and Innovation actions H2020-LEIT BIO-2014-1”
