ROBOX latest results describe the use of supported TmCHMO that was successfully immobilized and co-immobilized with GDH-Tac for the first time onto an amino functionalized support. this was demonstrated in a new process for the enzymatic oxidation of 3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexanone by co-immobilized TmCHMO and GDH-Tac. The co-immobilized biocatalyst was re-used up to 15 cycles reaching 83% of conversion and 11.2 mg product/mg biocatalyst.
